Violations of this section may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities. mostbet1 reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for losses caused by prohibited conduct.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your mostbet1 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@mostbet1. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, mostbet1 will process any pending verified withdrawal to your registered payment method and close the account. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Please note that account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any funds already wagered or lost during the normal course of play.
7.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

- Involvement in collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software;
- Account activity that suggests the account is being used by a person under the age of 18.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mostbet1 will notify the account holder via the registered email address. The investigation period will be as brief as reasonably practicable. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, mostbet1 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. mostbet1 will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Limitation of Liability
